This partnership is materialized through two distinct programs, designed to support FlyBy students on their journey to becoming professional pilots and to ensure a competitive edge in the industry.
The first program, the Cadet Program, represents an extraordinary opportunity for aspiring pilots: those who successfully pass the selection process will have the chance to sign a contract with Albastar even before starting their training course with us. This program is a testament to mutual trust and serves as a springboard for the careers of future pilots, allowing them to begin their training with the assurance of a defined future.
The second program is the Mentorship Program, an exclusive pathway reserved for our top-performing students. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a preferential selection process with Albastar, gaining priority access that recognizes their talent and dedication.

Neos Mentoring Program
This collaboration underscores FlyBy’s commitment to training highly qualified pilots while meeting the high standards set by NEOS. Through this agreement, FlyBy students will have a unique opportunity: to be selected as First Officers for the Boeing 737 with the prestigious Italian airline.
The agreement introduces an innovative program specifically designed for FlyBy students, enabling them to participate in the selection process to become NEOS pilots upon completing their training. During the program, NEOS personnel will actively monitor students’ progress, evaluating their theoretical knowledge and practical skills at various stages of the training. This comprehensive process ensures that the best candidates are identified and selected.
Selected students will then have the chance to participate in NEOS’ official selection process, concluding their training with the MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) course, which is tailored to the airline’s procedures and standards.
Those who successfully pass these selections will have the opportunity to enter the Type Rating program for the Boeing 737, offered directly by NEOS. The goal of this collaboration is to train highly skilled and well-prepared pilots who can add value to the airline while ensuring the highest levels of flight safety. FlyBy Cadet Program
At FlyBy Academy, we offer an exclusive program for aspiring pilots: the Cadet Program. This unique pathway allows candidates to combine the ATPL course with a Flight Instructor (FI) course right from the start. Candidates who pass the initial selection process are guaranteed a one-year contract as an instructor at our school.
The Cadet Program serves as a springboard for those looking to begin their aviation careers with added value. Becoming an instructor not only reinforces the skills gained during the ATPL course but also provides the opportunity to log valuable flight hours, enhance teaching abilities, and build a strong professional profile for future airline opportunities.
