The admission process is made up of several phases and you will be receiving email for each one with instructions on exactly how to proceed. Please make sure to read and follow the instructions on each and every email or come back to this application page for information on the process.
If you are from a European Union (EU) country, you must submit your application and pay your initial application deposit and your initial tuition deposit 30 days before the intended start date. If you are from a non-EU country you must pay your initial tuition deposit 60 days before the intended start date due to the need to acquire a visa and insurance in time for the start of the training.
You must use a desktop or laptop to enroll. Do NOT use a smart phone.

Step #1: Scan A Copy Of Your Identity Document
Step #2: Fill Out Our Application Form.
This will be filled out online, and you will be prompted to upload a copy of your identity document (see step #1). There is an application deposit fee of €1,000* that will need to be paid and will count towards your total tuition costs.
If you fail the personality test €700 of the €1000* payment will be refunded but no training can be offered.
If you pass the personality test, but decide not to continue with your training, you are NOT entitled to receive any refund of the initial €1,000 fee whatsoever.
If you fail the math or physics exam or your English exam, you will attain required level of skill before the start of the training. You can pay the application deposit by either PayPal or credit card. Those who want to pay by credit card select be processed by Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account and you will be transferred to PayPal site to complete initial enrollment. Step # 3 Application Submission.
Once you complete your application form and have submitted it, you will be taken to a confirmation screen and you should receive a confirmation email. If you fail to receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of submission, check your spam or Promotions folder. As a precaution to prevent our emails going into spam, whitelist emails from FLYBYSCHOOL.com (see instructions below). If you still do not receive a confirmation email or there is some other problem in submitting the application, contact us.
As noted in Step #2, people who pay by Wire transfer will receive an invoice and instructions on how to upload a wire transfer confirmation. You can click the button below for wire transfer instructions. The payment and confirmation of that wire payment must be completed before your application can proceed further.

Whitelisting Instructions
You will need to whitelist our email address to ensure you receive updates from us.
The first thing you should do is add pilotsclub@flybyschool.com to your Contact List if using a webmail provider such as Yahoo or Gmail as by so doing you ensure future emails arrive in your Inbox.
If you have not received an email from us, check your various folders including the spam folder. If this email landed in your spam folder please click on “Not Spam” or “Safe / Important.”
Then, if you use Gmail, then follow these instructions:
1. In your Gmail inbox, locate an email from pilotsclub@flybyschool.com (the welcome email that should have come for the report or information you just requested).
2. Drag this email to the “Primary” tab of your inbox.
3. You should see that our emails should arrive in your Primary inbox in the future!
For other email service providers (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) please add us as a contact in your address book. Further instructions can be found here.
Step #4: Application Acknowledgement And Pre-Training Exams.
Step #5: Inform Us You Completed the Exam.

Step #7: Select Contract Option.
In the email sent to you in step #6, you will be given four options for your studies as to whether you want shuttle service, accommodations, and/or meals included in the program along with what the monthly fee for each is. When you have decided on an option, click on one of the four links in the email to inform us of your choice. Please only click these links once after you have made your final decision.
Step #8: Make Payment.
