Shipments and register of the personal data

Sending personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by FLYBAI, S.L. Failure to provide the requested personal data or failure to accept this data protection policy implies the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information from said services.

Accuracy and veracity of the data

The user who sends the information to FLYBAI, S.L. is the responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating FLYBAI, S.L. of any responsibility in this regard.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.

FLYBAI, S.L. is not responsible for the veracity of information that is not its own creation and for which another source is indicated, and therefore does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. FLYBAI, S.L. is exonerated of responsibility for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided that it comes from sources other than FLYBAI, S.L.

FLYBAI, S.L. does not guarantee the permanent availability of the services, being exonerated from any type of responsibility for possible damages caused due to the unavailability of the service due to force majeure or errors in the telematic data transfer networks, beyond its control.

Data transfer

FLYBAI, S.L. will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third party, prior information would be produced requesting the express consent of the affected party under the RGPD.

Exercise of rights

You may direct your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as well as, based on the European Regulation, deletion, limitation of use and portability through postal mail to FLYBAI, S.L. with B95550141 at AVDA. REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, Nº15, 2º A, 24005 – LEON, or to the email: info@flybyschool.com with legally valid proof, such as a photocopy of the D.N.I. and indicating in the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.

By accepting this policy, the user consents to the use of their personal data by FLYBAI, S.L. for commercial communications, being able to exercise their rights in the manner indicated above.

The user accepts that all his or her personal data will be fully transferred to pospone from the moment the user has initiated the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method.

This acceptance extends to third parties that have to access the files for the successful completition of the contract.

Acceptance and consent

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing by FLYBAI, S.L. in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

FLYBAI, S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as industry practices.
In these cases, FLYBAI, S.L. will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable advance notice of their implementation.
In the event of an error or lack of product prices, whether due to technical or human error, FLYBAI, S.L. will have the power to cancel orders that have been placed with a price that does not correspond to the actual price.
